One of the qualities that employers often observe in potential graduates is ability to display soft skills such as decision-making. It suspected some personality traits, cognitive domains, and efficacy have effects on individual Such awareness expected help technical trainees establish improved decision-making styles later could a positive professional impact. The aim this study identify domain rationality tendencies, self-efficacy combination predictors affect style training institutions. This was conducted using survey quantitative design data collection tool. A population 740 full-time electrical engineering from eight public institutes were selected 591were identified stratified random sampling technique.Data collected Big Five Inventory (BFI), Rational-Experiential (REI), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES) Maximization Scale. Based multiple regression analysis, it concluded strongest predictor affecting among at institutions, opposed rationality, traits or predictors. implies has profound effecton style. lead trainee make decisions based his own experiences, rather than abiding safety rules standard operating procedures. should realize solely past convictions experiences cause detrimental themselves.
